Shipping & Return POLICIES

• For all deliveries within Dubai, there is a flat fee of 150 AED.

• For deliveries to any other emirate, there is a flat fee of 300 AED

• All orders over 1000 AED in UAE qualify for free shipping.

• Orders under 1000 AED in UAE are subject to a shipping fee of 30 AED.

For all deliveries within Dubai, there is a flat fee of 50 AED.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on whether you are purchasing made-to-order furniture or ready-made home decor.

• Made-to-order furniture pieces take up to 4-6 weeks or before if possible for delivery.

• Rugs take up to 10 - 14 business days or before if possible for delivery.

• Bedding takes 3-4 business days for delivery.

• Decor pieces take 5-7 business days for delivery.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We will contact you at least 2 days prior to delivery to schedule a convenient 5-hour window for delivery and installation.

Please ensure that you have obtained all necessary approvals and permits for delivery and have the appropriate space to receive the items. Please also ensure that the product can fit through all necessary doors and lifts.

• Once an order is confirmed and the transaction is processed, we cannot accept any cancellations of the order.

• Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for any products across our site.

• If the product you received is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, we will work with you to resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.

• In case of damaged product, please take photographs and inform us immediately. If necessary.

• Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used by the customer within 45 days from the date of the refund agreement.
